Visitors

Dinner at BJ's and we of course had to sample one of each flavor of pizookie
Sorry girls, this is definitely not the best picture, so send me a better one and I'll replace it. :)

Quicksand what? yes, I took one step and ended up buried in sand and sinking. Scared me to death but don't worry I made it out thanks to the lava rocks. I felt like I was in the princess bride
It was raining earlier that morning so all the anemones were covered in small shells. They looked really cool.

Anna was hungry
My mom looking for starfish
Anna has now eaten

Grandma Hillock finding loads of seashells for me
Aunt Cindy
When we got back to their room my Mom and I went for a bike ride on the beach. It was my Mom's first time on a beach cruiser and she loved it! My Grandma watched Anna for me.

We went to this restaurant that was in an old train depot, or so we thought. It is actually still functioning with real trains that come through and scare the living daylights out of you. Ha, just kidding, I thought it was really cool and Anna liked to watch it run the length of the whole building through the windows, you can't see it in this picture but it was fun. And the food was fantastic

Noah's Ark the second time

We had so much fun at the Noah's Ark exhibit that I got tickets again right away and I went last week with Mary and her boys and Clayton's dad too. We had a lot of fun. Then we heard that it may be a permanent exhibit now. Wahoo!
Travis would pump the water for Tyler and Anna to watch.
Travio just couldn't get enough of the conveyor belt. The animals, they came on, they came on by twosies, twosies....

This giraffe was cool, you cold move his head and neck from side to side by that lever behind Mary, but Travis was much more interested in the conveyor belt so he was breaking away to get to that again.
Here's Anna in one of the grain storage compartments
Thanks for going guys, it was so much fun!
The sunset last week off my balcony
I can't wait for Halloween!
The LA temple visitors center just finished their renovation and it is beautiful

Anna's long awaited MRI

The Kaiser in Anaheim could get us in a month sooner than the one by us so we headed down there. Since it was first thing in the morning, Mary and Scott were so nice to let us stay there overnight.
Anna was trying to figure out this sweet crying boy.
Anna was such a good patient. She was smiling and just having the best time looking at her reflection in the bars. All the nurses were loving her blond hair. The way they carried on, you would think they had never seen blond hair before. (Maybe they haven't) But it was really fun.
The nurses were dressing her up...
And then decided that we needed to be dressed up too? Then they pushed us into the corner and said, "Take a picture" with their Asian accents and it was awesome. Definitely the most pleasant hospital trip ever. Even for Anna, she was high through most of it. ;)
Anna loves versed! She didn't care that the nurse was digging a needle into her foot for the IV, because she was high, because she was high, because she was hi-igh.
