January??

Sorry, it's not the greatest picture, that's what happens when you let the pole take the picture for you. But seriously, January? I don't think so, what a nice day. And, the best part of it all is somehow, magically I started hitting the ball up into the air and straight down the fairway, it was amazing. Clayton already knows how, so of course he did well too.

Dance Lessons

Hey you got to give it to him, I was too embarrassed. But Ashley was an excellent teacher.

Christmas Vacation in Salt Lake

Of course we started out with an amazing performance of "Ill be home with bells on" per grandma's request of "family performance of some kind." Why not, huh? It's the holidays. Even dad was enjoying himself.

There was the traditional opening of pajamas on Christmas Eve. But we aren't the kids anymore. :( These are Lyndee and Chris's little ones; Caden, Jaxon, and Whitney.
Also some wrestling and a little Cranium by the adults.
Then we spent a few days at our friends cabin and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thankyou!

Of course there was the dance party on saturday night, thanks to dad and the techno music.

Keyan won "best moves"

Then the MEN had to go and move a tree that had fallen.

But they can still take a nice picture.
The battle for the ruler of the world. A bloody nose (cuz of the dry air) never stopped anyone. "The game must go on"

We learned how intriguing the UNO attack button is to a 2 year old.
Clayton is starting to feel more at home on the snowmobiles. Lucky we know what color everyone is wearing, otherwise you'd never know who is who.
Clayton on the left and Me on the right.
Then, the annual trip for the 'out of state-ers' to see the lights on temple square.

Mom and Dad

So the temperature was an average of 10 F for the entire time we were there, until the last day when it got clear up to 47. It was so warm I went outside barefoot and without a coat! Now we are back in sunny southern california at a daily temperature of 75. It was 50-60 degrees for about a week while it rained and rained, but now it's back up and warm as ever. Thank heavens, can you imagine the commute in the snow. AAAHHH.
Anyway, thanks fam for the fun times!

Disneyland Christmas

This was going to be our christmas card, but we never got
around to printing them and sending them off.

Disneyland is a lot of fun during christmas time: lots of decorations everywhere

The best ride at Disneyland. Note the terror on Hailey's face.

So in California Adventure they have a Mission Tortilla Factory. They give out fresh warm tortillas at the end of the tour. So if you are feeling a little on the cheap side and you dont want to spend a fortune on the food at Disneyland, you can always just go through the line 3 or 4 times.

The castle had so many lights.
