Noah's Ark

The Skirball Center is a Jewish Cultural Center and they have a Noah's Ark Exhibit there for a while which we got the chance to see. This picture below however is not part of that exhibit but I thought was really neat and I want to go see the rest of the museum as well.
Everything in the exhibit is interactive. These are spinning zebras. Anna was loving the texture and the noise
The rains came down and the floods came up
They had four rooms of fun

This was a conveyor belt where the kids could load the animals and when they got to the top they slid back down into a basket at the bottom to load again.
One of the animal pens. Yes, Trey is on her leg and I didn't even notice.
I guess we're done for the day. J/K she was happy just resting her head for a second
We had so much fun, we're going back next week! Thanks Ashley

Pigtails and Tomatoes

This is the closest our attempts at pigtails have gotten. And it only lasts a few minutes at best but we love it anyway
Oh yes, I grew all of these. And there are tons more out there waiting for me again. Oooh yay

Sarah's Blessing

The Fam Damily (Sarah is the one in white, obviously)
Ok so I cut and edited these pictures and it's not uploading them that way. :( This is how you will have to see them. Sorry they're way cuter the other way

The cousins all together

When boredom really sets in
The wagon that is no more

Discovery Park, only the best park ever, we just had to teach Anna that the would chips are actually not edible
Til we gather again...

The Getty

Clayton and I took a trip over to the Getty before he was back in school and it was really nice. Here is the view of downtown LA.
A sample of artwork inside. I think this was my favorite
The cactus garden

The Gardens

Hansen family tribute from Clayton

The water started in this little hole at the beginning of this trench and came here to this little pool and then dripped down the hole in the middle into the picture above, then turned into a stream that ran all through the gardens and down into the pond at the bottom with the sculptured bushes. It was really cool.

They had these umbrellas for everyone to use as you walked through the gardens. I felt a little bit like I was in Japan?
To get there you had to park in a garage and then take a tram up through the hills to get to the museum there is no other way in our out. It was fun and this is the view from the tram of the 405 and the traffic we would hit on our way out. :( That's ok, it was worth it.
What a fun place
